These are the steps we follow when you buy a product online from us:
1.- Customer registration. When you fill in an online registration form with your personal, you will automatically be registered in our website system. You will have to set up an username and password.
3.- Placing an order. Once you have placed the selected item/s in your shopping basket, you will need to confirm your order. If you are an existing customer you will only need to identify yourself. Your data has previously been stored in our data base. If you are a new customer you will need to register Safety and security tips. Keep your username and password private, you should not give them to anyone. You should not write down your password in a place which can be easily accessed by anyone. You should always log out, log off or sign out when you have finished using any website to prevent others from accessing your personal information.
We have two payment options: Transfer and Credit Card. If you select payment by bank transfer, within minutes you will receive email confirmation of order and our bank details. If payment is not made in 72 hours, the order will be canceled. If you select payment by credit card, you are accessing a secure area. You know you are using a secure website as you will see an address URL that starts with https:// and a close lock pad icon. This means that the page was protected when it was sent to us. Later when the TVP purchase confirmation will return to our store automatically and within minutes receive an email with all information regarding your order.

Shipping cost Spain and Portugal, 6,50€ FREE Shipping for orders 35€!. Canary, Azores, Madeira Islands, Ceuta and Melilla on REQUEST!. All prices include VAT. All orders are shipped prepaid estimating a delivery time of 3 to 5 days.
Returns policy. By law customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days after the day the item is delivered. You can only return an item/s if both parts, Home Beer Iberica and you, the customer, come to an agreement. We reserve the right to ask the customer for compensation to cover possible damages and to recover the expenses of returned item/s.Home Beer Iberica will only accept returns:
1.- If the item/s is returned to us in the period specified by the Law. The item/s must be returned in its original condition, in the same cardboard box or the manufacturer’s original package with all the manuals and accessories intact.
2.- If the item is defective or incorrect Home Beer Iberica under the Law of Defective Products will replace the item for another one of the same characteristics.
3.- If the item/s arrived to you after the estimated delivery date “OFERTA FIRME” , then we will accept the refunded item and we will give you a refund.
4.- If Home Beer Iberica is unable to deliver the items you have chosen,we will give you a refund.
5.- If you receive an item/s that is different to what you selected.
